Practice dribbling a basketball. Remember: Hip high, switch hands, eyes up, ball away from defender.
3rd
- Practice dribbling and passing a basketball. Remember: Hip high, switch hands, eyes up, and keep the ball away from the defender while dribbling. Practice passing and catching then transition immediately to a dribble without a double dribble or travel.
4th
- Arm Circles- times 20, big circles forward and backwards
- Jumping Jacks- times 20
- Line Jumping left and right- times 20
- Mountain Climbers - times 20
- Push-Ups - times 10
- Sit-Ups - times 10
- Run in place for 1 minute
