Month of September
During the month of September, third grade students will be busy learning many things. They will learn about the life of Jesus and how to live like his followers. For reading, the student will be working on identifying story details in a text as well as answering questions about a selection. In writing, students will learn to write a paragraph and identify the subject and predicate of a sentence. For math, the students will be learning about multiplication using equal groups, repeated addition, and arrays. In science, they will be learning about magnets and how they interact with other objects. In social studies, the class will be learning about world geography, the hemispheres and the continents. Here's to a great first month of learning! Third Grade Prayers
